I need some help figuring out a fair price for a 05 charmac 27' snow sport that my dad wants to sell me. He's not sure what it's worth, and neither am I? He bought it new for he thought around $8,500 and is in mint condition. I have used it as much as he has in the past, but he is working in california for the winter, and wants to sell it. Any ideas??

My buddy paid 7000 for his mint charmac a year ago. Brand new mirage 26' are $8000.
What do you guys think a 2008 Charmac 27' is worth? Its in mint condition, plywood floor, that white walls and ceiling, and insulated. He's asking 7k for it.
I see I can get a 2012 for $8500, but it doesn't have the white wall lining. I found a 2012 locally with the boars hide floor, the white wall liner, tinted window, and insulated for $9300.
