Just bought new to me stock apex and was wondering if there are any changes that should be made before the first trip with it besides boost? Anything would be helpful....

Have you ever ridden one yet? If not you are in for a surprise, they are A lot different than any other sled out there I find. Not a lazy mans sled, but once you get use to them , they are great.
I have never ridden one and am looking forward to it, and thanks for the advice on the added hp. What fuel tuner do you recomend?
Be ready though when you let off the throttle. Big slowdown, very fast!!
The engine braking on the Apex is much more noticeable than the Nytro and Phazer. I spent the first day of riding rolling over the windscreen and hood, lol.

well normaly i would say a power commander but i put a hauck tuner on my nytro last weekend and found it very simple to use and the sled felt a bit better. the pc had a full race map in it though so it was running rich. they are both plug in and play. not sure on $$$$
If it was to do all over for the first time would it be the Hauck or Power Commander, don't care on price just want simplicity and reliability. Thanks
