I am going to put together a toolkit for my sled ( 2006, 600 RMK) and would like to know what you guys carry? What tools, what bolts, nuts, etc should I have?

I have a large tunnel bag so space and weight are not an issue.

Mexican socket set (two adjustable wrenches)
Assortment of open-/box-end wrenches
T27 torx (Holds the cowl on, used several other places)
A few allen wrenches
Philips+Sparkplug tool
Flathead screwdriver
Clutch threaded-L-tool
Gerber multi-tool dealie

Zip ties (Small and large), duct tape, baling wire (use that more than I'd like to), parachute cord...

Ther'es probably a few others in that toolbag of mine but I've never used them since I can't think of them atm.

I ride a Polaris. most everything is SAE. I work at a Harley Shop so I bought a Harley tool wrap. It comes with an assortment of wrenches, tape, zip ties, crescent wrench, vise grips, pliers, dikes, wire, duct tape, electrical tape, screwdrivers and torx bits, a shop towel, flashlight, and a bunch of other stuff I am sure I am missing!

The kit was like $85. But has almost everything you would need tool wise and comes in a waterproof wrap. Of course i sprayed everything down with WD-40 also as we all know that it will rust.

I also carry a small first aid kit with all the right stuff and some meds!

Crescent Wrench 9/16" ratcheting wobble head for clutch bolt. Screwdriver. Pick for exhaust springs, Torx set, 1/4" drive handle, Dikes, Pliers, Bit set for Allen's, Phillips, flat, and torx. Duct Tape, zip ties, safety wire. Siphon hose, spare fuel hose, flashlight, folding wood saw,
