What to look for on used enclosed

I'm in the market for a enclosed trailer and I'm thinking I'm going to buy used. I have been looking for a while and found one that I'm really interested in and it looks really clean. I'm going to go take a look at it this week and was wondering what specific things should I be aware for? This will be my first enclosed trailer.
