What to get, what to get

I have a 2013 800 Pro 155. Love it. I need to get 1 more sled so my 15 year old son, good rider, 160lbs. 6 ft tall and counting, can ride. These would really be both "mine", so I would have two newer sleds in my quiver. I live/ride in Central Oregon. Snow can get real deep. Here's my dilemma: should I get:
2014 800 pro 163 @ $9800.00 New
2015 600 pro 155 @ $9800.00 New

There are boat-loads of 2014 155 and 163 pull and electric starts to chose from in the area. I just thought it would be awesome to mix-it-up a little. Or I could get a 2014 800 155 for $9500.00. The 2014 hold overs are screamin' deals right now. Oh, I made the mistake of letting him ride my Pro last winter. He's coming off my old 2007 800 151 Summit X. Great sled 'til you ride a Pro.

That's kinda my gut so far. I've never ridden a 163 though. All my pals have 155's.

14 163 for sure.You won't have any problems throwing it around. I, am 54 and only 170lbs and have 0 issues tossing the 163 around. I like the extra flotation as well.

That's good to hear. I love how nimble my 155 is. I guess I have it in my mind a 163 would be slower to react.

go on a limb and try a 14 up m8 with the 2.6 you will be surprised.

Really don't need the float of a 163 in our cascade concrete. Just makes it a little less agile in the trees. Honestly, in C.O., with our riding elevations at 4000-7000 feet an 800 is really not necessary either. A 600 will make you look and think ahead- and make you a better rider....especially a 15 year old.

Id stick with the $9500 14 800 155" especially for a 15 year old but thats just me.

Cascade Motor Sports in Bend Oregon. $9,800, no sales tax here. Also got a tether and Polaris skid plate which I just finished installing. They have a bunch more in 155 and 163, pulls and electric starts. Mike and Donnie are great to deal with, good people. Hope you like Red!!!! I dig it. I'd never be able to make a decision with over 20,000 combinations. Son will mostly ride my 2013 155 in black. They look bitchin' sitting side-by-side. Mega storm in AK, bring on the snow!!!!!
