What to do in Salt Lake City for two evenings?

Make reservations at the old schoolhouse in Park City.
Not sure if that is the correct name, but it is an old schoolhouse just off main.
Great place to stay... Great rooms, good food, breakfast included, walking distance from main street and most attractions.

If things don't work out, Hector and I will meet you at Southern Exposure.

Stay downtown, dont waste your time in Park City.....

For dinner, do Spencer's for Steak or Market Street for seafood. If you want more casual, I would go Red Rock Brewery or The Bayou (both places have great food and lots of great beer!!).

For the evening, hang out at the Gateway. Maybe see if there are some live concerts at the Gallivan Center. Or there are lots of great bars downtown as well.

yo Dog, we need some more details on this.

First off classy restaurants down town. uhhh Market Street, cedars of lebanon?

If your not looking to do any clubbing/bar hopping/piano bars etc then your looking at walking around Temple Square or catching a concert at Galivan Center or sometimes at the Gateway they have concerts too.

If you want a really classy place head to La Caille at the mouth of little cottonwood canyon ($80-$100 a plate). Dress a little nicer for that one too.

Coming from florida, i would take her up to little cottonwood canyon. The scenery is second to none and would make her horny.:D You could do a little hike to cecret lake at alta (1 easy mile) or take the tram at snowbird to the top. There are rope courses/zip lines and alpine slides at snowbird too and i think you can package all 3 (ropes, tram, slides) for like $35 a person. You could also stay at the lodge up there which is amazing.

A couple of weeks ago I suprised my wife and took the tram up to the top of Snowbasin and had dinner at the lodge. Escaped the heat, great view, yummy food, reasonable prices. Serious brownie points. You have to make reservations, but it's worth it. Nothing like fine dining at 10k feet.

"The scenery is second to none and would make her horny." LMAO

Galivan Center or Gateway are good ideas. Lots of places to eat and tons of shopping at the Gateway. If you want a fun/different place to stay try the Anniversary inn. They have theme rooms. Kinda fun for a night. Whether you are LDS or not the Roof in JS memorial building has awesomer views and great food. Carriage ride around down town really gets them in the mood.

Negative on Aniversary in in SLC... Dirty rooms... Found an open rubber laying beside the bed.
I will NEVER go there again.
The one in logan is much better.
