My wife has a 2007 REV, great sled but impossible to turn in soft snow without hanging all the way off. Any ideas on making a rev turn better on its own. My wife usally has one of our girls on the back so riding on one rail is that practical.

Not sure what you mean by ski position (wide or narrow / spring setting).
Width would not matter, but will want to adjust springs for more down pressure. The rear suspension needs to have the front adjusted lighter and the rear can be stronger. Sounds like you may be tittering on the middle with the extra weight on the back.

My 06 is set on the narrow ski stance setting and the front shocks are on #2 setting. Be carefull about setting the center shock to tight as it will lighten up the front end but will also turn it into a trenching beast off trail. Also if she's riding double most of the time make sure your rear springs are set accordingly for the extra weight on the back of the sled. I also run the Sly Dog Powderhounds on my sled and perfer them over the stock skis.

I disagree. A wider stance would make teh sled more stable and harder to get into a carve. There are a few posts about modding the 6.9 ski that are interesting and seem to have proven results and if it's in the budget, you should check out this http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=232687
