What rpm does the Power Valves open on a 2011 Pro Rmk?

OK, I know there's lots of info on the power valves but I can't seem to find any solid information on what rpm the ECM will open the valves??
I found one thread saying 6250 rpm, but no others to confirm!
Doing my own experimenting (on a jack stand) by watching the valve plunger operate and also by installing a 12 volt LED into the Solenoid plug to confirm. I see it opening at over 7000 rpm??? Best I could tell it looked like about 7200?
Can someone confirm what RPM the ECU is set to open the Power Valves?
7000 rpm seems pretty high!

Thanks in advance.

I've read a few places where it's been said the ECM does vary the valve opening to conditions, elevation, temp etc. If it does? That would be nice!
However I've also read that NO the exhaust valve opening is rpm drivin only!
Sooo, If anyone knows the correct answer, Please chime in!

Thanks.

While testing my '11 800 on a track stand with a 12V indicator light wired in parallel with the EV solenoid circuit, I found the ECU commands the EV solenoid to close the exhaust valves around 3400 RPM & then re-opens them at 6000 - 6500 RPM. I believe RPM is the only factor in the ECUs control of the EVs. That said, altitude & spring sizing will play definite role in EV operation after the solenoid has closed as it is the exhaust pressure that actuates the valves.

Blocking off solenoid hose?

I tried blocking off the valve going to the solenoid, effectively making the valves pressure controlled only.

Got major DET issue and reversed without messing with anything. Does anyone have a setup that successfully makes it pressure controlled? Is there a gain doing it ?

Thanks.
