What Octane?

Alright guys I have a RKT drop in 14.1, SLP pipe and can, PCV. Right now I'm running a 50/50 mix of 91 to 100LL. How far can I bring that down? Say only have to put like 3 gallons in to a tank. Anybody running this same thing? Riding 6500+.

FYI I run straight 91 (trusted fuel source) with the drop in kit and 13.5 heads and the only reason Kelsey set me up with them heads is because I unload at 3000' sometimes.

I've read that once I put the SLP stage 2 kit on, you need to run a couple gallons to avoid DET? So you guys would say straight pump?

I'm running the same setup and also running straight 91 on non-eth setting, we are at 3000' and have not had any issues at all. 1100kms on the DI kit this year.

I'd just play with it, add less and less 100LL till you see an issue then you know. most likely at your altitude you will not have any issue running straight 91

We have a 12 and a 13 with MTNTK fix kit plus a 13.6-1 PA head on each with 170 pisg cranking compression we run 50/50 av/ 91 shell premium in both from 3000 feet up to 8000 both work great. If i ride around home at 3000 ft i run about 70/ 30 av/prem.

take the fuel with you just in case. 13s and 14s are pretty different. You should be able to run straight 91 but never hurts to have the 3 gallons just in case.

Getting DET on my PAR 13.6 with just 91. Set up for 6,000 to 9,000. Going to be throwing some race gas in. Only seems to happen wot on the flats. Take some with you to be safe!
