What not to do when going off a drop

sweet air or nose dive 50/50.LOL

LOL that's exactly what was going through my head at the time. I have had enough head over heals over the handle bars this year and didn't want to make it one more. My leg has finally stopped hurting from a few weeks ago when I hit the fence. :)

I did have a split second that i thought it might be a good jump but I also saw myself getting ejected from the sled anyway after hitting the drift kinda sideways.

About the tether, I have mixed feelings on that. I had a tether on my REV for 8 years and only wore it for the first few years. I had more problems wearing the tether and having it come off at the worst times possible. I totally get the danger of my sled getting pinned on me and have heard horror stories about people legs arms back etc getting caught in the track. I probably should get a tether the way I ride now days but just haven't taken the time to do it. Maybe someday.

And FCR112 I wish I could take more trips out of state to go ride. If I am ever in Colorado I will let you know.

NIce! Felt like I was riding there for a second. When up riding, my day is full of those moments. needless to say (but I will anyway) I'm a big fan of insurance

I saw your hole in the snow there, now I know how it got there.

We call that Kev'ie bowl, up Steep canyon. I got hung up on the cliffs far upper right from where you were on my last ride.
