Just like the title says... I've been curious about this for a while as what track speed a sled can hold tells a lot about it IMO....
What kinda speeds are you guys pulling on long climbs?
2 weeks ago, 2 ft light, powder snow - 45 mph track speed consistently on several runs
last week, heavy snow, about 1 ft deep - 40-41 mph track speed consistently on several runs
800 miles on my clutching and belt running the 166 track, bone stock motor with an SLP can... 7500 RPM, 18:39 gearing
My buddy runnin an 06 166 same climb last weekend - 43 mph consistently, SLP pipe/can/y-pipe and reflash... about 400 miles on his clutching and belt, 18:42 gearing
I know A LOT of factors affect track speed, but I'm still curious.
Thanks![Beer :beer; :beer;](https://www.snowest.com/forum/images/smilies/beer.gif)
