hi to all I bought 08 Malibu v ride boat today and I just want to ask if anybody had them before how they hold up how long is breaking time?

18.5 Foot Chapparal Bow Rider. It's a great boat for our family and the wife loves going out on it.

Bought it in Washington State when the US dollar was on par with the Canadian dollar.

This was in the summer on Okanagan Lake. My older brother brought his Searay with him from Winnipeg so we spent the 2 weeks on the water instead of on the golf course like we normally do.

I had a Malibu LSV when I lived in Va Beach. Awesome boat, wish I would have kept it. The ballast system, and prefect pass make a pretty nice wakeboard set up. If you put on a power wedge the wake is pretty sick. Next boat will be a Malibu or Mastercraft.

85 Evinrude on the back, put in whole new steering, dual battery setup, and a ridiculous stereo system.

When we lived 20 minutes from the river, we had a Malibu sunsetter. I freakin loved that boat, it was an older one though. Didn't have all the real fancy stuff that they have these days, but it did have a 454.

I ski with a guy running a 85 or 88 Mastercraft.....your malibu will last if you take care of it and it will hold it's value much longer then other boats.

I like the sparkle!!! rangers need to have sparkles, If they didn't it would be like arctic cat not having green on it somewhere.

This is my boat 07 Outback v picked it up this year made custom tower speaker set up and 2 built in 12' sub enclosures It also has the three bag ballast system soon to be 4 wakeplate ect. I love bu's but just cant justify the cost.
