softshell
You should consider a softshell. If you ride like most of us(hard) you WILL sweat. Gore tex is great but will never move all that moisture away from your body fast enough. A GOOD softshell,mines a patagonia white smoke, will keep you dry because it breaths. 95% of my days are in my softshell.. and I ride in the sometimes wet, north Idaho snow. snowmobiling is an aerobic sport,dress right. As far as pants... one word- Klim.

) My only complaint is the color...shouldn't try to match your sled. It's a shell only and I wear the Klim Everest or North Face Apex as my middle layer.
