What is your favorite coat????

Middle of last season i bought one of hte new carhart synthetic outer shells, the things are apretty awsome. not to pricey, and strong as H3LL! and they look nice in all black as well. The zipper in the front is super strong as well, and no wind leaks in when blasting around, i really like it and am not worried about running through trees now as its one tough shell!

Klim. I know it isn't original, but there is a reason people use this stuff. You think it is a lot of money until you have it and question why you didn't buy it sooner.

I use Cabela's base layers, a Jersey, and then I wear my Mil issued Gore-Tex Jacket for a shell. Works great, and it was FREE.

All my other gear is sled specific stuff though, HMK Pants, Boots, etc.

I don't think the high end Helly Hansen jackets can be beat. The Klim stuff is great too of course. The only thing I don't like about the climb stuff is how much it weighs. It has always seemed to be too bulky and heavy for my taste.
The HH materials, craftsmanship, and warranty cant be beat. I just picked up one of these for this year: http://www.hellyhansengear.com/p-462-atlas-tinden-jacket.aspx To truly appreciate the quality, the jacket must be seen in person.
