What is the cost to extend the warranty?

Does anyone know what the cost is to extend for 1 year and also for 2 years on a PRO using the Polaristar warranty?

I called a local dealer and the cost they quoted me was huge.

Just wondering if anyone has done this?

The letter I got about extended warranty had one year priced to something like $600, 2 years for a little under $1000 and a 4 year warranty for like $1600-$1800 or so. I think in the big scheme of things, it's worth it now. You may not get many miles on in a year, or you might get a couple thousand. 4 years of warranty on top of whatever warranty you opted for from your dealer is huge in resale, and on trades. But yea, the extra warranty was pretty spendy, but what if you blow a motor? Then it's not so spendy.....

I won't be touching my motor and went with the rpm one warranty

I got 3 years giving me a total of 5 years for an extra $800 with rpm one

In the 5 years that I'll own the sled minimum, I'm sure I'll get my money back....

Thanks, I was quoted 1500 for a 1 year extension and 2100 for a 2 year. That is way more than I was expecting but sounds like a lot less than you have heard. A couple years ago I extended my Doo warranty for 800 bucks for 2 years so I was not expecting it to be this steep on a Pro.

So true. I have had well over $5,000 dollars worth of warranty work done on my Pro. I will be getting an extension for sure.

I was just phone quoted by another dealer only $350 or so per year of extension. I am going to take the VIN # in there later today and get a real quote. Neither of what I have been told so far seem realistic.

Ya the polaristar quote I got was 100 more than the rpm one warranty but my dealer talked me into the rpm one saying they've seen that warranty cover more than a polaristar warranty

Sounds like they were trying to bust your balls
