what is the best vent kit for the new pro?

X2 for the blow hole, hood vents don't do much with 2' of snow on them. That's why I went with the blow hole for my 14

For me...The Fire N Ice & 2cool vents with the WildChild powered gauge-lifter-vent.

Paul at Fire N Ice and Tammy/Alan at 2cool make some high quality vents right here in the USA... Nice stuff.

Here's a pic of the WildChild powered gauge lifter vent.

Blowhole or none at all

My vote is the Blowhole, as i have seen it in action. That bugger does move some serious air....no doubt about it!

Other than that . . .None! Why? Because when you need airflow the most - in deep powder - the guys i ride with, who have theirs all vented up, have the same amount of powder plugging up their vents as i did with just the stock ones. I'm pretty sure there was not much air flow going on under any of our hoods... :) Plus . . My belts last just as long as theirs do, engines run the same temperature, clutch temps didn't seem much different (by feel) at all. So why waste the money? Or maybe some people just think they look cool...?

Let 'er snow!! :face-icon-small-hap

Exactly.
Had vents on my two 2011's and no vents on my 2013. The 2013 ran cooler. As far as putting metal venting where you knees go? You better have padding or knee pads on your knees. And as far as getting snow on the belt from the foot well vents? Never happens. I am not saying vents CAN'T help just saying it doesn't do much in my humble opinion. Polaris hit a home run on this one!
Now if they can just put the right glue in the right places.:face-icon-small-dis
