I have a 2013 Pro RMK 800 155 and would like to run a 2.25 PC track. I think for my application it would be a better compromise. I've done a search and read a bunch of old posts but it left me even more confused as to what I need. I know I need 3.0 pitch drivers but not sure if I need 7 or 8 tooth. Also where should I get them from is there a place to buy an assembled shaft with drivers or do I need to press them. Also do I need to an anti stab kit ect. Thanks for any info.

With this shorter lug (2.25" PC, compared to the 2.40" stock track) you have a few options.

1) Carl's Cycle sells a custom set of 3" pitch, 8 tooth NON extro/combo drivers.
Pro: You do not need to trim the rails and some feel they roll easier.
Con: You acutally have just a hair less clearance than the stock track lug-tip.
If you sent your drive shaft to Carls... they will press them on for a fee.

2) 8 tooth AVID Power Claw drivers.
Pro: Added ratchet resistance
Con: You have to trim the rails and run an anti-stab kit... plus the same clearance situation as in #1

3) 7 tooth AVID Power Claw drivers:
Pro... Added ratchet resistance and increased clearance at the critical front of the tunnel.
Con: You have to trim the rails and run an anti-stab kit.
