Just seeing what you guys are running for intakes under your Diamond S hoods, I like the Evo setup but not sure how that would work. I thought this one looked interesting, any thoughts? Thanks

On some I just used the stock setup in the stock location. the airfilter sits pretty close to the mesh so gets a lot of outside air. Used the stock plastic piece on the bottom of it attached to the filter with Zip ties.
On others who didn't mind cutting a hole in the mesh hood, did something like the boondocker set up.

I did the boondocker setup out through the hood. I thnk I am going to change our my hood it doesn't seal up worth a damn. I hate sealing with duct tape

The Diamond S on mine has some 1" rubber weatherstripping from the back of the side panels all the way around. It seems like it seals pretty good. That was my one complaint with those hoods, fitment wasn't that great. It also has a KN filter under hood. Haven't tried it yet. I'll get some pics tomorrow.

Looking forward to some pics! Did Diamond S ever address the bad fitment of these hoods when they first came out for the proclimb chassis? Do you still need to trim up around the steering post? I like that K&N filter under the hood but not sure if the Diamond S hood will clear it.
