What gloves for large hands?

Guys,

What are people using for gloves who have large hands? I tried the Kilm gloves in a 3XL and it was laughable how small they are. Any other ideas? I used to wear Arctic gloves, and they are worn out and Arctic doesn't make them anymore.

Any ideas/suggestions?
