These factory effex temp stickers are actually pretty accurate.

I put on on my thermobob and one on each radiator.

I got the trail tech TTO temp and hour, they are small and priced around 30 each. Have not used them yet but the build quality looks decent.

You can get an hour meter on ebay for about $5. I run one of them and a Trail Tech tto temp sensor. I like to keep them separate so I can take the thermostat and temp sensor off for summer time.
