My wife took this pic a few weeks ago. I am sure this is normal for many of you be we've never had wild turkeys until a few years ago. Look at that beard! Seems they are moving north like never before. Taken with an iPhone 6.

It's funny you mention this as I have seen way more wild turkey's in the last year in MN and northern MN then I ever remember seeing in the past.

It's just weird. I have lived here my whole life and we have never had turkeys outside of the ones at the state capitol.

They've always been around here, but the population has exploded over the last 5 years, same with the coyote population. Both species seem to be getting braver too, I've had coyotes pace my tractor from 50 yards or less away while doing tillage work. The turkeys think they have the right of way to every road.
