Cheap and damn good are those precooked meat and mashed potato or mac n cheese dishes near the meat section at the grocery store. You know, those ones that just need to heat for 5-10min per the instructions. Throw them in a turkey oven bag and you're good to go. I always use oven bags when cooking anything with sauces, water, etc... crap gets everywhere leaning the sled over if you don't use them...
