Ok, here's my list. Diamond-s mesh hood, speedwerx intake, speedwerx canister, homeade seat, HOLZ rear suspension w/FOX FLOAT shocks, and of coarse a modified flap! That's it as far as weight savings. With all this, now I'm finally very happy with my M-1000. It is soooo much easier to ride now. I still want to put the BDXtreme reverseless diamond drive and lightweight shaft. If I ever get a weight on it, I will post somewhere.

HPS can, legit 13.5 lbs, sly dog powderhounds, nearly 10 lbs, boss seat, nearly 10 lbs, pretty much any lightweight hood will save you 10-20 lbs.

Complete lw front end is around 10lbs, pipe and can should be 15, hood should be another 15, lw bd dd 11. This is about $50 pds off the frontend. I think after the pipe and can and hood it gets pretty expensive fast though.
