What boots are using.

For you guys wearing MotoX type boots, or the adventure boots for that matter, are you wearing pants inside or over the boots? Anyone using snow gators? I've never snowbiked, starting this year, so sorting through best practices.

As far as what I wear .. gators or pants with gators are a must over boot.... Powder will always find its way in if not...

Full on snowpants over the boot, it didn't really ever bother me as I wear moto pants (inside the boot) whenever I ride in the summer. If you have a regular kit not an SX its harder to grip the frame with the balls of your feet on the pegs so I think thats part of the reason I didn't notice it as much. You sit a lot more so that made it less noticeable too.

Most modern snowpants will have a built in gator that you put inside the boot and the pull the outside layer of the pant over the outside of the boot. Keeps snow out and you are dry and happy!

I would not ride in anything but a dirt bike boot. I have tried a couple and love my Alpinstars Corazal.

Anyone had any issues with the corazols getting wet? Decently waterproof? That's what I'm looking at for this year.

Ok roo , I just picked up a pair , it's all on you , no pressure :)

Your off the hook roo , I've destroyed and gone threw so many boots that the better half has been threatening me with bunny boots if I don't quit shredding them .

I replaced the typical crappy insole with Meindl cork insoles and couldn't be happier with these FXRs' . The exterior width , warmth , comfort , support and external material will take the beating the elements and pegs shell out . They are a very good riding boot that is expected out of what I want for foot pegs .

Thanks Man ,
