I had the notion that if its limiting money flowing in from corporations or the like it would limit money flowing in from environmental non-profit groups as well, right?

I don't know, are non-profit groups exempt from this?

I vote these types of bills down EVERY TIME. Groups in Colorado abuse the "constitutional amendment at the ballot box" laws that we have here.

This is nothing more then a symbolic gesture that will have to be cleaned off the state constitution in 10 years by another stupid ballot initiative. What a joke.

I agree that campaign finance is a problem, but this amendment will do NOTHING to fix it. All it does is put a suggestion in place for how our elected officials should vote - since they can't legally force them to vote one way or another it is a complete waste of time IMO.
