So I usually take my sled in to have it preasoned but this year I would like to do it myself. Looking for what yall do to preseason your stuff besides Greasing everything, Cleaning clutches. Is there change oil, coolant? Thanks in advance.

check the chain case oil, brake fluid.

for me.. i would grease everything, fill the coolant, oil, gas in the tank. check the chain case if the magnet need to be clean off with little piece of metal, then its all good to go.

I pulled the skid out and was a bit surprised to see that I need all new idler wheel bearings. They're all a bit sticky. Other than that, doing the typical stuff- new plugs, chaincase, grease everything, clean the clutches, and give 'er a good cleaning.

1) Grease all fittings, including the one behind the secondary on Polaris
2) Check Hyfax - replace if thin
3) Check track tension
4) Clean and check clutches
5) Change coolant every 2nd year
6) Change brake fluid
7) Pull chain case cover, check chain tension and change gear case oil.
8) Check all bearings on the skid.
9) Check crank run-out (on my 800 only)
10) new plugs
11) Checks for loose nuts/bolts
12) Replace missing/broken exhaust springs.
13) Check ski alignment and carbides
14) Check toolkit and restock spares (plugs, belt, etc)

- change spark plugs
- Put a new belt on
- grease everything
- change chaincase oil
- look sled over good for broken or missing pieces
- fill tank with fresh gas and fill the oil tank up
- start it up and make sure everything is working

the greasing should be done after riding before putting it away..water sitting in bearings is not good....also clutches need a through cleaning and inspecting for wear and I replace both primary and secondary springs(they do heat sac and loose performance)the rest of the list look about right although I would also inspect steering and skags for wear as well...

Thanks for the good info Fellas.
? on 7. The sled is a M8 should I worry about changing fluids in it?
