i find that to be false. i can be wasted, fall asleep around 3 or 4 am, and as soon as i open my eyes at 6:30 or 7 am, i pop right up. whether i crash on the floor or in a laundry basket, or in my bed, its like a power sleep. right now, ive gotten 8 hrs of sleep and im drinkin coffee to wake up.
do that for a month straight without naps during the day or anything and tell me how great your sleep is.
