What aids your sleep?

i find that to be false. i can be wasted, fall asleep around 3 or 4 am, and as soon as i open my eyes at 6:30 or 7 am, i pop right up. whether i crash on the floor or in a laundry basket, or in my bed, its like a power sleep. right now, ive gotten 8 hrs of sleep and im drinkin coffee to wake up.

do that for a month straight without naps during the day or anything and tell me how great your sleep is.

fortunately for me i dont drink often. i take pretty good care of my body. melatonin is a good thing to use if you cant get to sleep i guess its a natural chemical your body produces. if you have a tough time getting to sleep, you need more melatonin. try it it works great.
 
Welllll.....it's not illegal for him to do a couple of those things....but it might not be totally above law for YOU to talk to him about that stuff...or suggest that he try it.
