What aids your sleep?

Okay so I have been trying to sleep for a about an hour now. Phone is off. Computer is off. All electronics are off. The room was pitch black and haven't head any external sounds.

It seems to me there are two things that help me get to have a good long rest:
1. Music. I listen to some hardstyle, hardcore, or possible DnB.
2. The sound of rain.

Together they work great and when I'm finally ready to sleep, I do.

What are your guys methods? I don't want to hear about any stories about army and his nyquil.

want the secret? I'm a nap master I can sleep probably 18 hours a day(which is great for long car rides to the west).
The two keys are:
1) Relax and think about something and let your mind drift away
2) Always play the same playlist to signal its time to sleep. When you play the songs it makes your brain associate that music with sleeping(I personally play drum and bass music when I wanna sleep cuz I'd never hear it normally and I really like it its kinda techno which I like and its calming) I like B-Complex for sleeping this is the first song

Problem is, yer too young for this solution..

I take 3mg of Melatonin. Found in the vitamin isle and helps me relax and fall asleep.
 
if you want to sleep don't drink right before hand you get terrible sleep when your drunk

Mitten, you know what to do, you're 15 and don't pretend it isn't your nightly ritual anyway.......
Grab a tube sock and put somethin' a little risque on the computer screen, 5 min later.....................ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
