We can only hope it will sink. Going into battle huh? Then get pissed when the other guy tosses things back. Total freaking morons!
Tonight's episode was pretty crazy. I wish the hull of the Steve Irwin would've gotten ripped open when they rammed that Japanese ship. It's exactly what they deserved for being so stupid.
What do those people do for a living that allows them to be at sea for so long? I don't think they're getting paid to be out there.

They take a leave of absence or quit. Only the Captain and a few of the head crew members are paid. I keep hoping the ship will sink, or the LRAD will actually take down the chopper.
Is it bad if I cheer when a whale is dragged up the slipstream of the big ship?

No kidding prob goverment funds and special intrest groups with way to much cash.
I look at it like any other hunting. If they are killing them to wipe them out then yes you may want to reduce your cheer to a dull roar. But to kill it and waste it. How retarded.

those guys are a bunch of idiots. how long will they be allowed to harasses and vandalize the other ships before something is done.
i love whale wars....nothing like a crown on the rocks cheerin on the jap boats...
I love how they make it sound like the jap ships are evil for throwing nuts and bolts at them when the smaller boats are throwing stink bombs and what not at them.
they keep what they kill, they stay within the limit and this stupid show proves it. as far as i'm concerned the steve irwin is a ship full of pirates.....i will volunteer for a position on the jap ship with a .308

does everybody miss the fact they they are hunting for profit under the guise of a research flag, and that they are killing protected species such as the humpback whale for starters? Not conding the actions of the steve irwin, but I would think they feel with the lack of enforcement or law changes that these types of actions are their only hope to save a whale or two.
They also hunt in the australian whale sanctuary which has caused the aussie gov't to seek legal intervention. But in the mean time it keeps happening.

I started watching the show then quit. I am not promoting whale hunting but started noticing that when they give profiles of the people on the "crusade" ship they are basically a bunch of "greenies"...the same basic bunch that are trying to shut down our riding areas saying we "harm animals and their habitats". I decided watching this show promotes them and I really do not care to promote somebody that wants to close our riding areas. I can see them now on sleds trying to ram us when we go off the trail to ride some powder or a hill...
I wouldn't worry about them hitting us with sleds. Every time they launch a small boat someone gets a cut, falls or gets half knocked out and they have to rush them back to the ship as if its a life threatening injury. If they cant even handle that, then I am not worried about them being out in the back woods.
I'd like to see both ships sink and the whales eat everyone.
this is a form of vigilante justice, they suck at it and it is fun for me to watch...If you want to put it on the same level as protecting animals from wolves then you would have to give those that are illegally hunting wolves blow guns and sling shots...it doesnt do much good but it just may save one elk...plus that would be kinda funny to see too

LOL The dude from whale wars started Greenpeace then was soooo extreme they kicked him out! They look like a bunch of bumbling idiots trying to stop the whaling...funny stuff.

i like the show !i hope the steve irwin comes back with a better arsonal next season
