I just just dunlop steel toed rubbers rated to -40, feet never get cold, and never get wet from the outside, just from sweat. Bring extra socks and some Bama socks for the cold days and you're set. There's also stuff used on pipeline and rigs that seals boots and makes them waterproof.

Duct Tape

I was thinking of just putting some duck tape on the holes above the footwell to prevent the melting snow from dripping down into the lace area of my boots. If the water would shed to the sides it just may prevent the wet left foot syndrome. I have a ton of venting and I still get a wet left foot LOL.
