THANKS! I looked at the Boon website last night and their website was pretty updated since last time...but, how do you prevent that nice sled from melting with the turbo packed in there? Would be pretty hot around it??

This is why I double wraped w/ heat tape on tank area and installed the 2 cooling fans on intercooler. It should blow the cold outside air through intercooler on to the turbo area.

And for anyone considering buying this sled with stock plastics... you are a short bus riding window licking fool.

Lbs ?

I am going to say about 625lbs. It weighd in w/ stock exhaust ,skis & seat w/ a 162 & timbersled @ 618 lbs full of fuel. The 174 track weighs 10lbs more then the 162 track. The EZ Ryde weighed about 10lbs more then the timbersled. The 174 CR tunnel probably weighs the same as the 162 stock tunnel. And finaly I saved a good 15 lbs by eliminating the rear stock seat and exhaust.
So I guess 625 full of fuel. I will try to hang this week. Anyone else want to take a guess??

I'm going to guess 620, cause I'll bet that CR tunnel dropped more weight than you think.

Love the graphix,s I would buy the plastic and decal kit off you if somebody wants it put back to stock. . I tried to view that web site but it,s down. How much for that sticker kit? and where do I order them at? ph # ??
