Weird slip from clutch side

What clicker are you running? What rpm? What ramp and primary spring? A stiffer primary spring would likely be more prone to slippage unless you are not close to getting proper peak rpm now.
Make sure to scotchbrite the sheaves and the belt if they have seen a lot of heat...they get a glaze that will cause them to slip.
The gearing should be OK.
The helix is the one unknown....it might not hurt to get a 43/47 just to eliminate that as a possible cause. Are you running the complete setup that trask recommends....primary and secondary?

Mostly clicker 2 at 7800 rpm. If I bump it up to 3 it goes just past 8000 & says over rev. Did feel better on the clutches & spooled up quicker on 3. Stock Ramps & primary spring that came with the Silber. Finally got my vents so gonna put them on & will try some Scotchbrite on the sheaves as well. Riding Tuesday & gonna try to turn the boost down just a bit & ride on clicker 3. Hopefully will be good.

Sometimes you just need to start over. Ditch the stock ramps. Call Tom's and get his arms and ramps for turbo applications. Order a 160-290 primary spring. Ebay for a 44 degree helix and install the heavier XP secondary spring. Go ride!

Well it looks like its all good now. Would definitely not recommend cutting the clutch cover & adding the side panel vents. Made it really slip. Luckily I have another XM so I switched them around. The other thing I did was tighten the track. It was pretty tight but I guess just not tight enough. Problem solved & love the feeling of being able to full throttle it without worry. Front end comes up so high I almost went over!!! Will add a vid next time out.

if primary is silbers, team yellow/white (230/380) if I remember correctly... I would drop to a 230/350 and then click to #3 for a solid 8000 rpm...

if a 200/350 go to 200/320 and so on...you get the point...the rest sounds good...

plenty of guys running loose tracks (they balloon and drag in the tunnel to kill track speed and belts)...keep tracks snug...BJ
