I really have the knee thing with my ACL's replaced twice each.
But a good one is CLuster Headaches. They come on at random intervals and are extremely painful. Treatment is pain pills, steroids, anti inflammatories. But they really have no cure or know what causes them. Vicodine upsets my tummy so I really need something more natural

Really hasn't been an expensive year for me at all. Still on the same top end, but I did have some tuning problems...which probably weren't related to the 4 out of 6 screws that sheared off which hold the helix on
Another brain teaser solved by pulling the secondary and turning it over
