on a serious note, how will that 8" crust factor in later?



It was slick for sure. luckily the layer that is on top, is or was very light.
I think this was an older foot or more that melted down. If we get a big storm with a heavy water content it could easily become a bad area to ride....
 
It's amazing how high you need to aim the Contour's. By the time you get it right you'd think you were filming the Stars.LOL

its a trip...I told him to aim it way higher than you would think. The reality is when you stand on your sled and look out....it is alot different then how you hold your head when riding.
 
And change the internal settings so that it is filming in the wider field of view is key ;)
