Just going in to snowcheck my new XMs today at I90 Motorsports in Issaquah WA. Super stoked. I am also going to snowcheck a new 2013 Pro. Was thinking how nice it would be to have them take my order for the Pro too. There seems to be a huge gap in the dealer coverage. All the way from Bothel to Enumclaw. I have had incredible service from I90. They stock a huge selection of factory parts for the Doo and they have a great selection of aftermarket mods too. My sleds are in and out so fast on service too. They are at the base of so much riding terrain too, the whole I90 corridor is where we ride the most. It is actually a huge pain to have 2 different dealers too. I wonder what it would take to get this to happen? Polaris is on a high right now, probably selling every sled they can make but to me the dealer I buy from is as important as the brand. Going to talk to them about it today.

I personally hope they stay with doo only and Yamaha. Expanding there customer base by that much may have an adverse effect on things, especially service time. Plus they probably do quite well with what they have now I'm assuming.

I agree though, product support is more import to me than product, nothing is going to last forever. Its all about service after sale.

From what I understand this isn't gonna happen anytime soon. Sometime last year Kurt told me was talking to Polaris and for whatever reason it didn't work out. Buying a new Pro would be a no brainer going to I-90.

The whole fact that I'm having to shop around is pissing me off. Just today I was at some other shop and was pretty bummed on the quote I got on a new Pro, followed up by the vibe that they weren't willing to move much on that price.
