We lost about 3 feet

About 3'. We are supposed to ride Manastash to Wistlin Jack's next Fri. Do ya think there will be enough snow?

We rode from Manastash to Whistlin Jacks Saturday and came back yesterday. Have to unload up the road at Manastash, loggers and rain have removed all the snow for the first mile. From there on not that bad. We went over as 4 adults and 4 boys under the age of 12 all riding their own sleds. No washouts and only a couple trees to go under. Lots of rock hard frozen drifts with easy routes around if you don't want to go over. There were areas of good snow up high , kids thought the whole thing was great
(they don't know any better), had sun and warm conditions yesterday. Not a lick of grooming the whole way but was smooth and fast anyway for about 3/4 of the trip. Need a ton more snow but still doable. Saw a total of 3 other sled tracks and one sled the entire weekend, nobody at the snowparks at either end.

Thanks Earlybird. We are going to go for it and hope for the best. I am a little concerned about the last 15 miles on the Jack side. It gets a lot of sun and is always a little thin. Always an adventure!

i know its kinda depressing but i guess you gotta take what you can get. im still gonna ride even though the snow hasnt been the best. who knows it might be a super short season and u might have wished u went on a couple more road rides

No problem, thought it might help out. As depressing as it is, getting out on a sunny day isn't that bad! Seems more like March/April than January was what we thought.
