Water coming out bearings?

Has anyone else had waterish grease come out while greasing their bearing?

The water seeping out of the bearings is normal. I grease mine every ride and am always surprised how much comes out. I'm not worried about over greasing as the new bearing bleed out excess grease. I don't like the thought of that moisture being inside the bearing.

That's one of the reasons you want them full of grease. No room for water.

I grease mine after every ride. Water always comes out. I keep pumping until there isn't any more water.

Dito to what others said. I grease every ride and every ride water comes out.

Same as pretty much every greasable point on every snowmobile since the beginning. Normal, don't sweat it.

Why don't they run sealed bearings?

Water in bearing is not a normal thing, something causes it, it causes early bearing failure. Being the bearings are super side loaded since TS chooses to use shafts and bearings as side plate supports bearings get warm as your ride you stop they cool down the water is drawn in.
