We are still getting more snow up in the Snoqualmie pass area/Baker areas -------It is deeper than I have seen in 35 years up there!! Snow load is incredibley HIGH!!!

Everyone out there ride SMART this weekend!!!

Deep snow!!

Here is a picture of some deep riding--and this is down at greenwater--not even close to the snow fall we have at snoqualmie pass, probabley two ta three times as much there.
Step off the sled--and see what happens

Snoqualmie--120" base as of 3:00pm thursday--with another 3 feet expected by sunday!!

Could actually have to much snow??

At 205 miles an hr. I'll bet I can out run them all, Mr Powder Nut--good looking car, should let me drive that beast for ya, I'll only use 1/2 of that little thing ya shove to the floor with your right foot, ( you can trust me ya know). It's off the hook scary up here (Snoqualmie Pass) right now. Several naturals have run closing roads including the I-90 incident at Granite. On top of that, the area is keeping Alpental closed for related reasons (not typical). Yesterday, temps went as high as 32 degrees, creating further instability in the snow pack. Slides (human triggered) have also been running unusually long distances as well. If they do get the road open, and you do get up here, keep an eye on your buddies and stay in the flats and low areas, and avoid anything that has run-out potential. Live to ride another day!
