Warranty Transfer from Canada to U.S. ?

I found a used Pro in Canada that I really want to buy. I'm told that Polaris will void the warranty because it's in Canada. I can understand the currency issue, and keeping the dealers happy on both sides of the border. But this is a used sled with all the extra's I'm looking for from a private party, not a dealership.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do, or know of a good aftermarket warranty company to go with? Thanks

Why worry about warranty.... with the difference in exchange rate you should be covered for a fair bit of work with the savings.
