Just Currious what the deal is on a used sled from the U.S.A. and how the Warranty Transfer's to the next owner, especially a Canadian?

I'm considering buying a sled but want some warranty for a while.... Used D8, Nytro, or XP are my preference's and I have a couple in mind...

Are any of the manufacturer's better or worse when honouring warranty in another country?

I can't say with 100% that this is correct, but I highly doubt you are going to get any warranty on any of the above sleds that you mentioned. they are all 08 sleds. We brought a whack of sleds up from the u.s. and dont' think that because the sled has 200 miles on it, they will consider it used. what we found is that there has to be the mileage and the sled has to be at least one year old. with brp, we found that as soon as the 07 sleds were brought up, do a change of ownership by contacting bombardier warranty department, and send them a bill of sale, and all your info(address, phone number and what not) and then you should be good. hope this helps.

No chance with Polaris, friend has a US XP and has had warranty work with no problem. I think Lunch Box is correct on the dealer, some better than others.

Noob,
what would you charge to bring up a used 08 Dragon from Minnisota to Alberta?
Possiblly Calgary, Red Deer or Edmonton?
