Does anyone know if the road is going to be plowed all winter to Landmark and down to Yellowpine? This past summer I heard some talk of this for the mine.

Yep... Plowing until the 15th of Dec. I was told that they will start plowing again Jan 15th if they can. That will screw up the access in that area.

Good to know... The forest service guy we talked to told us about the Jan15th date. So did the guy that runs the grooming in Valley County, but he was going to check for sure.

Midas Gold confirms, they will plow until December 15th, then will use the South Fork Road the rest of this winter.
