not a lot of texas style leases in Montana...a few ranches do daily fees...but wiht 90%+ of the state as federal or state lands...leases are really not necessary...

is there a reason you want a lease?

Im just looking for some different property that is not so crowded. I know that most of them are leased to outfitters. I have hunted in Montana all my life and me and some buddies would like to get a chunk to manage to get some trophy class stuff. I hunt alot of public and we do well just wanting to try something different. I dont know where you got your information but almost 60% of Montana is private ownership.
