Also, theres a multitude of reasons why activists want to close down land for "nature". Some people are as passionate about nature as you probably are about the constitution.

Well I've never really been interested in trying to be political as I know right now I don't have a particularly large amount of power, or the smarts to fix the system. So for right now apart from voting for the person I think is the least bad for our state/country I don't do much. But since you seem to know a lot on this subject, school me in what I am missing and what I can do to be a part of the solution

Ok you got me a little hot when you called me a god damn raving lunatic. That chit sets me off. I have a lot of passion about the freedoms we have and are supposed to have as Americans....don't mistake my passion for lunacy.

That is the problem with this country...we settle for the candidate that is the least evil. We allowed a corrupt 2 party system into our voting system. It was never designed to be a 2 party system. The corrupt financial powers (Federal Reserve) wanted it to be a 2 party system so they could control who gets in the White House, etc.

Yes we are powerless as individuals. We have to join activist organizations. Pick one you like. Pick the Tea Party, maybe the Oath Keepers...I am in both. Do something...they will guide you.

And I agree, this country and the constitution did not say a 2 party system should be kept it was started that way because it made figuring out what candidates stood for easier in times where information could not travel so fast. Personally, for awhile I have thought that having two parties was stupid and forces candidates to accept values which they do not stand for and as such does not allow them the freedom to mix and match the best ideas/values. Yet candidates need a party in order to have any chance whatsoever(look at how independents have done in the history of this country). Personally, I always have liked independents like Ron Paul and Ross Perot(obviously I was not alive when perot ran, but I have learned about him in school and such).

And I don't really like the tea party as they seem to represent the extreme views of the republicans(and palin is there bleh). But I suppose supporting some organization would be a good idea. I'll try and find one that I like in my State/region that has views I can support and candidates I can respect.

All right...point taken about swearing. I just get heated and passionate. I try my best not to call people names.

I suggest you educate yourself first before you act. I am not meaning that as a slam. Ron Paul is about the best source of truth you can have. Adam Kokesh is another one I like. View this video in this thread...it is so true and the core of American freedoms are in jeopardy. The Act was passed! Why the hell does the government think they need that kind of authority? It is scary as hell.

Study the history of the Federal Reserve. One of the most corrupt institutions known to man IMO. They simply steal off the backs of hard working Americans and they control most of the governments. Most presidents have been there puppet...except JFK...and he was killed for it...I have no doubt in my heart.

Study the laws and acts that have made the United States into a Socialist country...it has happened over a century right under our noses.

Study the acts of unconstitutional laws and agencies in this country. The USFS, BLM, etc are unconstitutional. They CANNOT control state land according to the constitution unless it is for a military base or for boat docks. Ya big money controls these unconstitutional government agencies. Big money that has an agenda. I agree there are those greenies that have their personal agendas to save wildlife and the land. They are used as puppets by the larger power to further the agenda.

The ATF cannot control what gun I buy or how much ammo I buy...again unconstitutional. Recently a county in New Mexico fought back against the federal government. I am gonna go find it....

....and no worries about the Tea Party...just pick one that suits you. I was using them as an example. I don't agree with everything they represent. I don't want to be aligned with any activist group that aligns themselves with the 2 party system. I like Gun Owners of America...the NRA is disappointing now. The key is not just to pay your membership dues and be done....be extremely active....help organize events. Help them lobby and protest. You can protest in so many ways...not just with a picket sign.

hell ya...you are a intuitive dude. Did you know the county sheriff is the ultimate authority in his county? You read in that article that the sheriff threatened to arrest the feds right? He absolutely has that authority. The sheriffs are the key to getting our country back...meaning our freedoms. Joe Arpaio knows he has this authority and is using it justly IMO. We have to vote in good righteous sheriffs that want to make a difference in this country...not just collect a pay check. I am thinking of running myself. hehe In fact there are sheriff conventions happening right now around the country to discuss this very thing.
