Waiting on warranty parts

How long is reasonable time to wait on warranty parts? I think more than 2 weeks is not acceptable.

Just don't take it out on your dealer. There's nothing they can do about backordered parts and making them mad at you isn't going to help.

Dont't matter if its warranty parts or just parts sold over the counter. Dealer has no control over how long it takes. Polaris just sends them on a first come first serve basis. You could be like us and wait 5 days for parts. If you don't place the order monday you won't see the parts until next week.

X2 on that. Our turn around is usually 5 business days for Polaris stuff. So usually a week and that's if it's not back ordered
