WA Stemilt/Clockum Closure Meeting. Sled/ORV Affected

THEY'RE TRYING TO CLOSE DOWN COLOCKUM TO OFF ROAD VEHICLES!


Did that get your attention? Efforts are underway to close the Stemilt and Squilchuck Basins to off road vehicle use.
The El Sendero Ski Club has gotten and Inch and is asking for a MILE.
The lower Lily Lake Snowpark was closed to give access to skiers. Now they are asking to close the entire Stemilt and Clockum Riding area to ALL motorized Vehicles to give was for more Non Motorized use.

WE NEED ALL SLED AND ORV OWNER TO ATTEND THIS MEETING TO SHOW SUPPORT.

PLEASE SEND TO ALL AFFECTED SO WE CAN MAKE SURE THIS GETS SHUT DOWN.

THIS MEETING IS A TIME FOR CONCERNS TO BE VOICED IN A PUBLIC FORUM

Regarding the closure of the Stemilt area to Motorized Vehicles...

Make sure You attend. This affects all motorized vehicles not just snowmobiles.

Location: 315 South Mission St.

Wenatchee WA

7 p.m

Some people have asked how to get to the meeting on the 10th. If you are coming from the South, This is in the 300 Block of South Mission. Just past the Impound yard for Dicks Towing.

Come across the Sellar Bridge, Turn Right at the First Light. Watch for the Beige building on the Right. Parking will be limited and we will try to have people directing.

Can't make a lot of sense from that map can you give a link to the actual proposal document. It looks like it shows Jumpoff road to 4 corners than up naneum to the microwave as green dot ( which it is) also groomed snowmobile trail and also looks like proposed no vehicle trail. The map is very confusing and what is the expansion area?
