Hey i just want to say thanks to the Azzhole that ran in to the right front bumper of my truck at vail pass 1-2-09, and didn't even leave a note or say sorry for being a dumbazz. O & by the way it was video taped from my dash cam, So i 'm gonna leave it at that for now.

Maybe CO law is different but in NE that is considered Hit-and-Run and doesn't matter if if happened on public or private property the cops will try to find them. If guilty they will be ticketed and be liable for the damage.

You are correct. If they are able to track down the driver they will prosecute. And it doesn't matter if it's public or private property.

If that lot was so loaded that day, maybe someone saw something?
