Voltage Regulator Help

Same thing happened to me last night ight, just wondering when you apply the brakes do the head lighta dim?

OK, replaced the VR. Sled runs great now. HOWEVER........my low beams do not work, the tail light will not work....Brake light works and hi beams. Any suggestions???????????

Check the bulbs. When the VR goes you can receive voltages more than 12v which eventually will cause the bulbs to blow. The low beam and tail light are normally on, so they will be the ones to go.
