How is the Vipec working? Very Very well? We have customers running them from 100' elevation to some that are seeing 11000'.

Can I buy a vipec now and install it on my stock sled. That way i will be ready for a Turbo Performance kit next year. Yes the Vipec can work on any pro that you are riding. Stock, lightly modded, big bore, or any turbo kit. We Believe that the Turbo Performance kit is the best hands down.

So you are saying that if i have a different kit now. You are able to get it working. Then I can get a different sled next year with your kit on it and the vipec will work? Yes the vipec is a TOOL just like the tools in your tool box. you can use it on any pro form 2011-2013 and beyond. When you go to install a Turbo performance kit we will need to add 30% more fuel because of the effecentcy of the kit.

Can you control boost? Yes all that is needed is a boost solenoid that we can supply. The Vipec will control the solenoid. We can set up Launch control and two step boost controls for you. Or any other configuration that you might want.

What things does the vipec use to calculate the fuel needs. The vipec is a totally different way of fueling. The vipec has control over everything on the sled. I mean everything! It will data log and give you readings that will blow your mind. Baro, Intake air temp, engine coolant, boost pressure, wide band numbers, and tps are a few of the big equation items.

So when I buy a vipec from you what does it come with? And does a dealer need to install it. We can supply with whatever you want. Wire, heat shrink, pins, Crimpers, boost solenoids, Wiring digrams, toggle switches for long data logs, 1-1 rising fuel reg, fuel block off plates, IAT, mapp sensor, good wideband afr gauge, and a good base map.
The dealer does not need to install it for you. Our wiring diagrams are very simple to read and follow. Then if needed after your work is done we can check it over the internet with your computer hooked to your sled.
Or if wanted you can send us your wiring harness and we can wire evrything up for you. Then send it all back ready to go. Bench tested and all.

How do i get the vipec software? Go to www.vi-pec.com then click on the software and fire ware tab. and then down load the latest vts soft ware. It will be the first one on the top in blue. It is free and will let you play with the soft ware.

What if I get into this and can't figure it out? We can do all the software changes and calibrations for you if needed over the internet. If for some odd reason the sled is not running well in a certain rpm range or throttle position. just send us some data logs of the area and we can make the adjustments in the fuel table for you. all over the internet. Also if you want we can set up a time when we come to you and set the sled up for you at your riding spot, at you elevation. so that you are totally dialed. This service does come with a fee.

Do you have vipecs in stock? Yes we have a ton of them and can get more if needed. We take all credit cards, Paypal, wire transfers, or checks,( checks will clear first before product is sent out) We can send them overnight, ground or usps with everything you need.

How is Turbo performance and Cody Phillips racing connected? We have been getting people calling Us and Cody Both. We Have teamed up together. To help the snowmobiling community get the best service and products that is avaliable. This has been no little undertaking. We all have been putting alot of our time into getting the customers comfortable with the Vipec product. When you buy a Vipec and parts to go along with it. It all comes out of the same pot. If we can not help you at the moment Cody can and this goes back and forth. We as a team are here to give you the best riding experience that you have had!!

More like 13%, but you get the idea :)

The GT series turbos have been tested and shown to require 13% more fuel at the same boost level to achieve the same desired air/fuel ratio. So the airflow on the Garrett's are much better compared to the Silber turbo at this point. I'm sure the aerocharger is below the Silber turbo for airflow IMO.

The GTX turbo requires even more fuel than the GT series and outspools the GT's especially with an external gate combo.

Anyhow, I'm happy to answer any questions or take any customers for a ride to see for themselves. Thanks to Bryce for putting up some good FAQ's.......:yo:

It's only a matter of time that everyone will want a VIPEC, if not have one already.

Have you sent one up to AK yet? I'd love to get one, but will not till I get the chance to ride one and hear, from a customer, that the tunes are working well here.

No nothing to Alaska yet, but 100% confident you'd be pleased. Plus it's a money back guarantee...........ready when you are :)

Did you do your turbo kit yourself? Wanna build me one:face-icon-small-hap? I really like the idea of an External gated GTX with tial housing, a W/A intercooler and the Vipec. Best of everything IMO, but nobody offers this combo:face-icon-small-dis

I COULD make one, but it'd be alot of dough. Better off to go with Bryce's kit. Excellent fit and finish and of course a TRUE GARRETT TURBO :)

Wow i never would have thought that this post would cause so many bad feelings. I have recived alot of pm's on this and some people not so happy.:sorry: So I went back to the map that I have in my very own 2012. (to make sure i wasn't smoking something) This sled has been on the hill alot with out the box being touched. I took the fuel numbers at 8000 rpm and 100% throttle position. Our fuel enrichment number is 63.7. our sled has nothing fancy on it. 2871 billet intake with secondary injectors. that 63.7 does not include the number running the secondaries or fuel inrichment on my 5d mapp.

now when I look at a the the competitors mapps that we have made the closest one to ours is 49.2. This number is at the same place on the mapp 8000 rpm and 100% throttle position.

When you take 49.2/ 63.7 you get = .7723 which is 23% difference. Then when you add in the 5d fuel inrichment and secondary fueling it even adds up to more. I am going to stand behind my statement.

2871 turbo, charge tube, air box, downpipe, back pressure, cold air intake, and secondary injector placement all add into the equation of a great kit.

I have not data logged our kit with a gtx or a 2876 turbo. It could be crazy numbers.

not against it. i just dont see enough benefit for it on a stock motor with stock turbo kit. if you are looking for high boost and a custom one off build then the benifits will start showing up. but you will need to run over 12-15 psi
