Vintage MOUNTAIN sled

If you're like me, and I know I am (that there is a joke by the way) I think the pogo stick yammies make the ultimate mod sled for the powder...nice, flat belly pan and almost NO suspension crap hanging and dragging in the snow. And when you're in the deep stuff, who cares about suspension anyway? I would love to build an Exciter Mtn 151/162 with a VMAX (motorcycle) V-4 engine with stage three intake/exhaust work. Not a sweeter sounding sled to be found and it would float with ease...if you could stuff that big heavy under the hood.

nice work on the vmax 4. very sweet sled indeed.

Who had that Vmax 4 mod, had a 162, all black if I remember right, I remember drooling over that sled for hours! Spaz- nice sled!

I remember that sled. I think somebody said it was gonna run at the BDSO or Fairview or someplace like that.

Ya, my boy, who's now 12, loves it. Never weighed it, don't know why, but between the sled and Chase, who weighs like 75 lbs, they scoot around quite well. He's really becoming a good little rider.

On the old forum somebody had a really sweet V-max with if I remember right a purple tunnel I think he went by Hontri on here not sure though.

who was it who had the v-max four at the big iron in 05 and 06? it was the same guy right? that sled looked pretty trick too...

Not a '89, not a Indy - but 14 year old summit should be vintage. 151x16 track, bunch of other goodies, a little red button too! Still my weekend mistress.
