Getting a vibration in my camera when I mount it to my sled. I've tried every isolation technique I can think of but it still vibrates. What’s the secret?
I've run into this before, some camera's are better than others. My Canon with optical image stabilization was really bad. The cheaper camera's seem to work better. Best be is to get yourself a helmet cam like the Contour or GoPro, these seem to work awesome!

What kind of camera are we talking here, more importantly what sensor ccd or cmos is in your camera. What is your footage doing? Looking like jello, wobbly ????. Check out this article explaining the differences .
I have a matchbox sony style ccd camera and I could mount that on an arm on my sled anywhere and capture great footage. Tried the same thing with my canon hv30 and it was just messed up.
